Program structure and timeline
Fascia Release - 20 Sessions is delivered as twenty 60-minute sessions spread across a 12-month commitment, and includes everything in the Mental Fitness Ultimate Package. The total investment is $6,500 for 12 months, which reflects a savings of $2,428 compared with buying components separately. Sessions are scheduled to support progressive skill and tissue change over time.
The package pairs in-person sessions with fascia restoration and functional fitness video training, a body mapping session to chart your movement patterns, quarterly challenges for accountability, and a yearly retreat. You also receive two tickets to the Simple Detox—one for you and one for a friend—so in-person and at-home practices reinforce each other throughout the year.
What each session includes
Each appointment lasts 60 minutes and focuses on guided movement, assessment and practical coaching that aligns with the program’s video lessons. Sessions emphasize restoring fascia mobility through progressive exercises and cues; clients can expect demonstration, supervised practice, and direction for at-home habits rather than medical interventions or guarantees.
The program’s 10 Body Habits to Thrive are taught incrementally; practitioners use body mapping results to individualize instruction within sessions. Video training supports home practice and functional fitness progressions so clients in Minneapolis-area suburbs can reinforce in-studio learning during busy workweeks or seasonal outdoor activities.
Scheduling and local fit
Our St. Louis Park location, south-central near Yosemite Avenue and Excelsior Boulevard, is convenient for commuters from Minneapolis and nearby suburbs. Evening and weekend appointments are attractive for working families and professionals; pair sessions with shopping or dining at the West End or an outdoor walk at Wood Lake Nature Center when scheduling longer retreat weeks.
High-commitment wellness purchases peak in January and September, so plan bookings accordingly if you want to start at the beginning of a program cycle. Our scheduling accommodates seasonal lifestyles—Minnesota’s four-season climate changes how people train and attend sessions—so we work with clients to find consistent times through snowier or busier months.
