Get answers to common questions about Pedicure, + Reflexology.
A full Pedicure, + Reflexology session includes foot soak, nail and cuticle care, exfoliation, moisturizing, and a focused reflexology treatment. Expect light to firm pressure on reflex points and deep relaxation; therapists will adjust pressure to your comfort level.
Most appointments last between 50 and 80 minutes depending on add-ons and the depth of reflexology work. Standard combined sessions commonly run about 60 minutes; express options may be shorter while deluxe packages take longer.
Reflexology should not be painful; sensations vary from gentle pressure to deep release. Communicate with your therapist about intensity—techniques are adjusted to avoid discomfort while effectively stimulating reflex points for relaxation and relief.
Certain conditions like deep vein thrombosis, recent foot surgery, severe circulation problems, or uncontrolled diabetes may contraindicate reflexology. Share your medical history and current medications during booking so we can advise or tailor the treatment safely.
Arrive with clean feet and wear comfortable clothing that allows ankle access. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, and let us know about injuries, pregnancy, or medications to ensure a safe, customized Pedicure, + Reflexology experience.
For maintenance and stress reduction, schedule sessions every two to four weeks. Frequency can be adjusted based on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle; our therapists will recommend a personalized plan after your first treatment.
